1. Payment Terms

All payments for SEO services must be made in advance before any work begins. This ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources to your project from the outset. By making a payment, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Non-Tangible Services

As MajestySEO provides digital, non-tangible services such as SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, there are no physical products to return. Once work has begun on a service, refunds cannot be issued for any completed portion of the work.

3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At MajestySEO, we understand the importance of transparency and trust in building long-term relationships with our clients. While SEO results can vary, we are committed to providing clear communication and accountability throughout the process. As part of our service, we will provide a detailed report outlining the work completed during your SEO campaign. This report will include the specific tasks performed, such as keyword optimization, content updates, link-building efforts, and other relevant activities. However, it’s important to note that SEO is a long-term strategy, with results dependent on factors like market competition and search engine algorithms. As such, MajestySEO cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic results, and refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of results, provided that the agreed-upon services have been delivered in full.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-commencement of Work: If you cancel the service before any work has commenced, a full refund may be granted.
  • Failure to Deliver Services: In the unlikely event that MajestySEO fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
  • Ongoing Campaigns: For ongoing monthly campaigns, cancellations must be made with 30 days’ written notice. In such cases, you may receive a refund for any unused services after the notice period, but no refunds will be issued for past services already delivered.

5. No Result-Based Refunds

As SEO is inherently subject to external factors such as search engine algorithms and competitor activity, we do not provide refunds based on a lack of specific outcomes like ranking increases or traffic gains. SEO is a long-term strategy, and results can vary depending on numerous factors outside our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ongoing SEO services by providing a 30-day written notice. During this notice period, services already rendered will be billed, and a refund may be issued for any unused portion of the prepaid services. Please note that canceling an SEO campaign may impact the long-term progress of your SEO efforts.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as situations where MajestySEO cannot deliver services due to factors beyond our control (e.g., unforeseen technical issues), we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of all services. We recommend contacting us directly to resolve any issues before escalating to a chargeback.

9. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a written request through our Contact page, including details of the service and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
